About TLR Coatings
Located at 6275 S 26th St, Scotts, MI 49088, TLR Coatings operates as a powder coating serving Scotts in Michigan. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
This group covers the auto services most drivers use between washes: repair shops and quick-lube centers, body and collision shops, tire and auto glass shops, parts stores, towing companies, gas stations and EV charging sites. Independent repair shops are usually cheaper than dealerships for out-of-warranty work; quick-lube chains change oil and filters in under half an hour without an appointment. Body shops handle collision repair and paintless dent removal, often working directly with insurers. Parts stores lend tools, test batteries for free and recycle used oil. Gas stations in most states are self-serve, and many attach a tunnel or in-bay automatic wash discounted with fuel.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are Open 24 hours. Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 30 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded powder coating in Scotts.
Scotts is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Scotts follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I sent my Milwaukee Fastback in to get powder coated and could not be happier with the result. I found Travis on Instagram and decided to ship my knife to him with no prior knowledge of who he was, which was a little nerve wracking since I've had this knife since 2016. It was a gift from my dad when I first started in the trades, so handing it over wasn't something I took lightly. Travis worked with me from the start on picking an initial color, and when I decided I wanted to switch it up partway through, he made it happen without any hassle. The quality speaks for itself. You can tell he doesn't cut corners. The colors are vibrant and the finish is flawless, easily some of the best powder coating work I've seen. If you're looking for a powder coating shop with real attention to detail and color matching, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Not gonna leave a 1 star but not gonna leave a 5 star. I’ve tried reaching out on two separate occasions and left a voicemail with no response. He did a buddy of mines bike parts and wanted him to do mine.

Travis has powder coated two different sets of rims for me. Both have turned out great. He is very knowledgeable and answered lots of questions. This time was the full service and last time just the pc. Thanks!

Travis is truly an artist at what he does! I had TRL powder coat my expedition wheels and they turned out just incredible. I will definitely bring more wheels to him in the future. Highly recommend TRL Coatings for all your custom powder coating needs. There are so many colors to choose from to match your car, truck, motorcycle or parts!
